Karma Organic Spa’s shipping and return policies were designed to give our customers a more satisfactory experience.
Our return policy provides you with a little insurance with your purchase of any of our products. Our shipping policy shows you exactly how we handle shipping and related charges, and we offer this information so we don’t surprise you. If you believe a product was shipped in error from Karma Organic Spa, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] to resolve the problem.
Before returning any product please email us the return tracking number. Karma Organic Spa must receive the merchandise within 30 days from the date the item is shipped to you.
Items must be unused and undamaged. Processing your return may take up to 10 days.
Returns should be sent by Secure Mail so they can be tracked.
Refunds OR exchanges will be granted based on the condition of products. We WILL refund the shipping and handling charges if the product has defects. Please enclose a copy of your receipt to the following address:
